コトセツ Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using コトセツ (the "App") provided by Koto Labs ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account; keep your sign-in details safe.
• Please use accurate registration information.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Anything unlawful, or that infringes the privacy or rights of others.
• Placing excessive load on the App or its servers, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering.
• Any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate.

3. Your content

Content you enter or save in the App belongs to you. We handle it only as needed to provide the App.

4. Disclaimer

• Results produced by AI may contain errors. Please treat them as reference information.
• We do not guarantee that the App will always be available without interruption or that it fits any particular purpose.
• Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

5. Paid services

If we offer paid features, charges are billed through Apple's App Store and follow the App Store's terms and refund policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Changes to or end of the service

We may change the App or stop providing it. We will announce important changes in the App in advance. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law, jurisdiction and official text

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the App. The Japanese version is the official text; other languages are courtesy translations.
