How to delete

• In the app: Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the home screen and follow the steps (type your email address or username; if you sign in with a password, enter it too). Your account is deleted right away.
• By email: If you can't use the app, send "Account deletion request" to support@koto-labs.com from your registered email address. After verifying your identity, we will delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account information (email address, username, sign-in details) and the data you saved in the App. This cannot be undone.

What we keep for a limited time

Information required by law and the minimum records needed to prevent abuse are kept only as long as necessary, then deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
